When the Borough of Haddonfield desired more apartments downtown, the only place to go was in the town established in 1721. Tristan Sylk of Property Management Services had the vision to purchase the old one-story retail building, taking up most of the downtown block and building apartments above the retail building. Wittman was engaged to remove the roof and put the steel superstructure in place to create the platform to build apartments above. The original brick façade of the first story was preserved, and the result was a three-tenant retail center on the first floor and four luxury apartments on the second and third floor in downtown Haddonfield.
Renovations and additions to this historic Haddonfield property included an under-parking lot storm recharge system, steel superstructure over the valued parking spaces, joining of the new addition to the existing structure on the second and third floors, and attachment to the adjoining property. Three luxury apartments and a new first-floor retail space were built and finished.
