The old house at 57 N Main St Medford is part of our multi-tenant Feed Mill project. The old house on the property was probably vacant for 50 years. It’s always great to rejuvenate old buildings and we have a lot of experience in this regard. The structure was made sound again and prepared for the PineConeTradingCo.com.   

Studio 67 Feed Mill Retail Project

Owner/operator Jeff Lucas jumped on this fantastic and unique space at the 2nd-floor Feed Mill in Medford. Studio 67 is a fun arts center that has a whole lot going on. They offer yoga, children’s programs, healing art, glass art, musical and theatrical performances, weddings, rehearsals, corporate meeting space, and much more. Jeff Lucas and Studio 67 have made a big, fun impact on our local area.

Great Clips

Wittman Construction has completed the build-out of over (60) Great Clips hair salons in NJ, NY, and PA. 

Supercuts Haddon Township, NJ

Many build-outs start in a “vanilla shell” which is a leased area prepared by the Landlord ready for improvement. The Haddon Township Supercuts is one of many franchise locations built by Wittman. This successful franchisee Jack Sand, Marlton, NJ engaged Wittman to build multiple locations. We have a very high percentage of repeat clients.   

J Faith Hair Salon

Wittman Construction has built nearly 100 hair salons for both private and franchise operators. We were pleased to help Jennifer Dempsey develop her vision to build the J Faith Salon at 525 Becket Road in Logan Township, NJ. 

Wild Birds Unlimited

The Sicklerville, NJ Wild Birds franchisee needed a local architect to achieve township permit. Wittman has many professional contacts and was able to make a successful recommendation. Franchise work usually involves putting together what can be a complicated pre-designed fixture package so all the stores are similar. We have vast experience with franchise work.

Hear USA

Wittman performed tenant fit-outs for Hear USA in Moorestown and Brick, NJ.  We also performed maintenance at their multiple facilities in the Delaware Valley.
