2300 Sylon Warehouse / Flex Project

Wittman has been the “go-to” contractor since 2000 for the Sylk family, owners of Property Management Services. Our relationship is still very active, lasting generations. This new 7,250SF five-unit flex building at 2300 Sylon Boulevard in the Hainesport Industrial Park was built in 2006. The project was a ground-up masonry building with wood roof trusses and a front mansard. A full sprinkler system, all mechanical, electric, and plumbing, and each unit with a finished office ready for marketing to tenants and move-in ready at completion.
