Cafe Lift Project

Wittman was pleased to work with building owner Tristan Sylk of Property Management Services and successful restaurateur Michael Pasquarello on the build of Café Lift in downtown Haddonfield, NJ. The restaurant opened in the summer of 2022 and has been an immediate hit in the neighborhood.

Feed Mill Restaurant Project

Being part of the Feed Mill project was one of our most satisfying endeavors. Tristan Sylk of Property Management Services had the vision to purchase the long time vacant Kirby’s Feed Mill property and convert into the heart of Medford. The center brings folks from all over the South Jersey area to enjoy it’s wonderful setting, the three restaurants, brewery, gift shop, ice cream parlor and arts studio.
